surveyDescription	The undersigned having taken into consideration the within Petition judge it expedient that the alternative asked for in said petition should be made me therefore, return this petition with our doings in the premises to the town clerk office with a a survey of the alternatives made Nov. 16, 1844 by John Strong, surveyor. Alteration of the road leading from Hartland to White River village - Beginning at an Elm and Beech trees standing together easterly side of the old road or short distance up the clay and sand hill and continuing as detailed below. The petition for said road is on file in the Town Clerk office in Hartland.
